She is responsible for the day-to-day business and financial aspects of the company. Her duties include invoicing, accounting, logistics, managing customer files and making it possible for all others to function efficiently.
After graduating from Frankfort Schuyler High School in 2013, she attended Onondaga Community College and Oswego State to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communications. While attending, she was involved in the OCC Choir and worked on Oswego’s student run news station.
Outside of Fahy Kitchens, Rebecca and her husband, Isaac, love to host their family and friends in their new home, where you are always happily greeted by their Bernese Mountain Dog, Indy! Now residing in Canastota, Rebecca is happy to still have ties to the Mohawk Valley through Fahy Kitchens and their customers.
Kevin Fahy
Kevin Fahy has been with the company since 1970, after graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Originally his father’s company, Kevin took ownership in the early 1990s. Now, Kevin has proudly passed on the business to his son-in-law, Bob Ryan.
Kevin is still involved with the company, helping his customers create the kitchen or bath of their dreams. He enjoys being able to work one-on-one with his customers, to ensure they get the very best solution for their budget.
A life-long resident of Sauquoit, Kevin and his wife Clare, a retired schoolteacher, have three grown children and several grandchildren. Kevin is actively involved in his community, serving on the Town of Paris Board as well as participating in the local Optimist Club.
Kayla Hughes
As a kitchen and bath design assistant at Fahy Kitchens, Kayla works directly with the designers on projects and enjoys helping their customers find the right solutions for their unique spaces. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Cazenovia College in 2009, and was fortunate to begin working with Fahy Kitchens upon graduation.
Kayla is grateful for the opportunity to work locally – a lifelong resident of the Mohawk Valley, it was a priority for her to stay close to family and friends.
Outside of work, Kayla, her husband, Nate, and their three children enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling and spending time outdoors. They are also very active with their two rescue dogs, and are advocates for adopting shelter animals.

Upon graduating from Cazenovia College in 2013, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design, Kate joined Fahy Kitchens as a kitchen and bath design assistant. Kate enjoys working alongside the designers, to create project renderings, by using her knowledge of aesthetics and design. She loves helping customers bring their ideas to life – from the cabinetry finishes and countertop selection, to hardware and backsplash tile to compliment – seeing the space from start to finish is her favorite part of any project.
As a resident of Whitesboro NY, Kate and her husband, Allen, are very fortunate to live and work locally, staying close to their families and hometowns.
Outside of Fahy’s, Kate and her husband, Allen, enjoy summers at their camp on Kayuta Lake, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with their twin boys, Wyatt and Levi, and their two dogs.
Irene Broussard
With over 35 years as an interior designer, Irene brings an extensive design skillset to Fahy Kitchens. Working in Houston and Los Angeles, Irene was afforded the opportunity to learn many facets of interior design, both commercial and residential. Her splendid career has taken her from coast to coast and traveling internationally. She is very excited to now work in this area, bringing new design opportunities to the storied past and amazing landscapes here.
When Irene is not assisting customers or designers with projects, she is keeping up the showroom appearance and supporting customer service.
Spending many years visiting family in the Finger Lakes region of NY and a desire to be closer to their daughter Sadie, who was living in Brooklyn, Irene and her husband Louie landed here in Utica. Most spare time away from work is spent traveling and enjoying the region and surrounding states.
